The hotel's restaurant will delight you with typical dishes from the Tuscan and specifically Maremma tradition, immersed in the natural beauty of the heart of the upper Maremma.

But here it seems like the smells and tastes of the ocean are brought by the wind

The lunches and dinners offered by our Restaurant reflect the diversity found within Tuscany, with it's land (or meat) based menus, typical of the farmers of the Maremma region, and sea (or fish) based menus. Keeping in mind the various special needs of our guests, we also offer classic Italian dishes, paying special attention to vegetarians and those who suffer with food-based allergies.
Our dishes are paired with delicious regional wines, of which we offer the DOC Bianco di Pitigliano and the delicious Rosso Vignamurata.

Typical products from Pitigliano and surrounding areas...

The products used are predominantly local: olive oil from the surrounding hills, Pecorino Cheese from Sorano and Manciano, and delicious Wild Boar from the Maremma region, and many other products to taste and enjoy from the typical Tuscan cuisine. We also propose local desserts: Sfratti di Pitigliano, a Hebrew dessert with a walnut and honey base, tozzetti, much like cantucci, and many others.
